When Charles Brand, his wife Beth and parents Chippy and Cynthia first opened the doors of Cape Grace in December 1996, their vision was of a hotel that felt more like a good friend's home. The décor and environment needed to reflect its five star aspirations but most importantly, staff needed to relate to guests as personal hosts with warmth and enthusiasm.
Twelve years later and now owned by Meikles Limited, Cape Grace remains true to its operating philosophy of genuine hospitality and a desire to exceed guests' expectations.
