If you happen to notice some strange, artsy things happening all over Cape Town from today until 10 March, you could be witnessing Infecting the City Public Arts Festival.  

Infecting the City encourages spectators to see, hear, smell the extraordinary and take a fresh look at the Mother City and the people who live in it.
