The 2012 Wine & Dine series at Cape Grace will be a great opportunity to interact with winemakers on an intimate level. Each winemaker will delve into their cellar and select mature vintages to show how the wines have aged over the years.
These will be paired with a 6-course dinner from the creative genius of Malika van Reenen, Executive Chef at Signal Restaurant. With everyone sitting at one long table, and a maximum of 40 guests, guests will be encouraged to ask questions and offer opinions.
The series starts in May and finishes in November at a cost of R650 per person.
