VALRHONA CHOCOLATE TEA PARTY

Valrhona Chocolate Tea Party

Pastry Chef, Lorraine Meaney of Cape Grace in conjunction with Vanessa Quellec of Valrhona, have designed a decadent Afternoon Tea using exclusively Valrhona chocolate, the worlds finest couverture produced in France.  This beautiful Afternoon Tea will be taking place on 26th May at Cape Grace at R180 per person.

A feast for the eyes, the table will be filled with miniature cakes, macarons, mousses and tarts. Some traditional and some modern but all produced with a variety of couvertures offering both robust and gentle flavours. To tease the tastebuds expect items like crunchy hazelnut streusel with Ivoire mousse, cheesecake, ginger jellies and yuzu fruit, or a passion fruit and caramelia macaron. Old favourites like creamy chocolate and orange tartlet will also feature alongside traditional scones and sandwiches.
