FURTHER INFORMATION

Berthed in the cosmopolitan yacht marina and moored up alongside Cape Grace, hotel guests have private access to the ‘Spirit of the Cape’ and can choose from a range of Cape Town yacht cruises. A yacht charter in Cape Town reveals aspects of this beautiful coastline unseen from land.

Cruise slowly into Table Bay then climb onto the plane while hugging the coast until reaching the world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. Anchor in one of the coves and enjoy gourmet canapés or sumptuous picnic meals prepared by the Cape Grace culinary team. Another favourite charter is the Cape Town sunset cruise along the Atlantic seaboard, with oysters and champagne to toast the sun setting into a watery horizon.

The ‘Spirit of the Cape’ is perfectly suited to offshore cruising, delivering a soft dry ride and numerous decks on which to sunbathe. Available for a romantic getaway for two or a lively party of twelve, this five-star vessel offers exclusivity and the highest standards of hospitality. She doesn’t even need to leave her mooring for you to enjoy time on deck; we often arrange spa treatments and whisky tastings on board.
Whilst you are free to select your own route, we suggest some of Cape Town's popular cruising destinations along the peninsula.

The yacht holds a maximum of twelve guests with two crew members.

  • No children below the age of 5 can be accommodated due to safety concerns.
  • Maximum charter time is 11 hours and overnight stays are not currently available.
